Job Responsibilities.
Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing).
Process applications and guide students as per the requirements.
Identify and assess student needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain healthy relationship.
Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
To ensure the best Customer Experience is given to all students.
Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of students.
Genuine passion for speaking to people, answering queries and a clear communicator.

Strong language, communication, and interpersonal s kills (English, Kannada, Hindi and Telugu fluency mandatory).
