Manager - Placement (Max Education)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Placement to oversee and manage the employability of our students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing career-focused programs, connecting students with potential employers, and guiding them through the job search process. This role requires a strong blend of administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills to develop strong partnerships with industries, arrange campus recruitment drives, and provide personalized career counseling and skill development workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, companies, and recruiters for student internships, clinical postings, and job placements.
• Offer guidance to students on resume writing and interview techniques.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on career development topics.
• Organize and manage on-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career events.
• Schedule and facilitate company presentations, interviews, and selection processes.
• Maintain and update the database of job opportunities and student placement records.
• Develop and promote internship/clinical posting opportunities to provide students with practical work experience.
• Engage with alumni to build a network of potential employers and mentors for current students.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, such as brochures and online content, to highlight student achievements and placement successes.
• Track and analyze placement data to assess the effectiveness of career services and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports on placement activities, student outcomes, and employer feedback for institutional review.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve 100% placement targets.
• Execute 30 LOIs with partner institutes.
• Ensure 100% adherence to the student development plan for placements and conditioning.
• Sign up eligible students (tentative 50% of placed students from one batch) into the Alumni network.
• Assist in coordinating role model sessions with faculty and Centre Head.
• Organize Alumni Meets.
• Manage students' clinical postings with placement partners.
• Ensure student satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive placement documentation and records.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in student placements within the healthcare industry.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPTs).
• Comprehensive knowledge of placing students in the relevant industry.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Internal: Centre Team, Academic Team, Students.
• External: HR & Talent Management teams of Healthcare Institutions, Training Heads, Clinical Posting Supervisors, Placement Companies.
