Role Description :

We are seeking a skilled TM1 Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time hybrid role involves designing, developing, and maintaining TM1 models while ensuring system enhancements align with organizational goals.

The TM1 Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models to support business needs.

- Implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process optimization.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the system.

- Monitor and resolve technical issues related to TM1 and its integrations.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in TM1 development and maintenance.

- Proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Excel, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
