Telemarketer

In the role of a telemarketer, individuals engage in outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting products or services, generating leads, or conducting market research. Their responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, handling objections, and accurately recording customer information. A successful telemarketer is proactive, resilient, and able to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.

In addition to the Sales Lead position, we are also looking for Tele callers who will play a pivotal role in our communication strategy. As a Tele caller, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining positive interactions to drive our business objectives. This role demands strong communication abilities, adaptability to various situations, a customer-centric approach, and the capability to articulate our offerings effectively. Telecallers should possess exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle rejection while remaining calm, and a knack for managing conflicts and addressing grievances during negotiations.
