- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Schools and Institutes to build new business for the company.
- This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
- They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify school partnership opportunities
- Initiate connect and ensure contract
- Leverage agent network to get access to school networks
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Provide ongoing product feedback and analysis for further development
Core Deliverables:
- It's a purely B2B Sales profile.
The schools/clients will have to be mapped
- The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson.
- After acquiring the client the job requires getting the maximum share of the business.
- There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touch points are Promoters, Principals, Teachers, and HODs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Past Experience in Education sales preferred.
