Parents Relationship Officer

1. Actively engage parents in their childs education by organizing meetings, workshops, and events that promote parental involvement.

2. To mediate and address concerns and conflicts that may arise between parents, students, and the school & find out amicable solutions that support the well-being of the student and maintain a positive school environment.

3. Collaborate with parents to identify and address students’ academic needs.

4. Advocate for parents’ perspectives and concerns within the school administration.

5. Create a supportive and inclusive school environment by addressing the unique needs of each student.

6. Collaborate with parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

7. Maintain records of parent-teacher interactions, feedback, and concerns, enabling the school to track and address issues effectively.
