Job Summary: As an Education Counselor, you'll assist students and families in exploring higher education abroad. Your role involves providing up-to-date information on universities, programs, admissions, and guiding students through the application and visa processes, ensuring a smooth transition to international institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance: Help students identify goals and recommend suitable universities.
• Admission Process: Offer details on admission requirements, tests, and documentation.
• Application Assistance: Guide students with forms, essays, and recommendations.
• Financial Aid: Advice on scholarships, grants, and aid.
• Visa Support: Assist with visa applications and pre-departure preparations.
• Lead Management: Handle calls, inquiries, and build trust with prospective students.
• Knowledge Update: Stay informed on education trends and policies.
• Relationship Building: Maintain connections with institutions and stakeholders.
• Record Keeping: Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communication: Offer guidance through various channels.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training to enhance counseling skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Overseas education Industry.
• Full-time role, need to work from office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of international education, admissions, and visa regulations.
• Familiarity with standardized tests like SAT, ACT, TOEFL, and IELTS.
