Role & responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Your job responsibilities are listed below for your understanding and acceptance. In case of any system up-gradation in future, you will be simultaneously re-trained to understand the new implementation.

1. Responsible Manufacturing of Oral Solid Dosage Tablets and Capsule and for Production planning as per order or availability of material.

2. Responsible for Preparation of BMR for new product.

3. Responsible for verifying the filled BMR and yield reconciliation of each stage.

4. Responsible for preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

5. Responsible for Preparation MFR for new product development.

6. Responsible for coordinating with Eng. department for Preventive maintenance.

7. Coordination, with QA department for upcoming calibration date of instruments and equipments.

8. Responsible for facility, utilities and new/modified areas/ equipment.

9. Responsible for manpower handling and allocated for respective areas.

10. Responsible for providing SOP training to all employees and Operators.

11. Responsible for giving the requisition of MBR/BPR to QA department as per plan.

12. Responsible for coordination with QC department for Release status of Row material and final product.

13. Responsible for handle the self-inspection activity and records.

14. Responsible for co-ordination with all departments.

15. Responsible for Manufacturing related OOS investigation.

16. Responsible for Product Recall activity.

17. Responsible for coordinating with Employees regarding production plan.

18. Responsible for any additional Responsibility given by senior from time to time.

• Problem-solving skills: The candidate should have practical problem-solving skills and experience with formal problem-solving methodologies.
• Attention to detail: The candidate should have excellent attention to detail.
• Leadership skills: The candidate should have leadership skills.
• IT proficiency: The candidate should be proficient in using basic IT applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with new products and processes: The candidate should have experience in introducing new products and processes.
• Statistical tools: The candidate should have experience using statistical tools like Bilayer Tablets, Minitab, SR Tablets
