1 Wiley Editorial Assistant Job

We are looking for an experienced administration assistant to collaborate with and support authors, referees, and in-house editors throughout the publication process.
How you will make an impact: Be an active member of a global editorial team, collaborate with other editorial colleagues to support journal publication.
Provide administrative support for in-house editors throughout the whole publication process from manuscript submission until final publication.
Communicate with international editors, authors, and reviewers to support and guide them through the publication process.
Track submissions through the editorial process.
Prepare manuscripts for peer reviewing and checking their completeness and correctness according to specified, formal and technical guidelines.
Ideally be familiar with manuscript submission/peer review systems, such as ScholarOne Manuscripts and Editorial Manager.
What We Are Looking For.
Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbal).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and related software, and a willingness to learn new software programs.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Talent to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience working in publishing would be an advantage.
