Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy:
  
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Campaign Management:
  
• Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various channels (SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
  
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  
• SEM:
  
• Lead and manage paid search campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  
• Content Marketing:
  
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  
• Optimize content for digital platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
  
• Analytics and Reporting:
  
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  
• Provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  
• Team Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
