Process Associate

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns that target different segments of our target audience
• Draft email copy and ensure our promotional emails effectively communicate our brands message and reliably convert email subscribers into paid customers
• Monitor the performance of ongoing email marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement and draw conclusions that help optimize future campaigns
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure the design and the layout of our promotional emails align with the brand image and guidelines
• Maintain a database of potential leads and segregate contacts for our email marketing campaigns into different mailing lists
• Monitor, track, and report campaign progress via automated tools, such as Klaviyo, Zoho Email, or MailChimp

Note: Freshers with good communication knowledge are preferred for this role.
