Job Summary:
Edify is seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented sales support associate to join our team in India. This role will provide critical support to our US-based sales team by managing administrative tasks, preparing sales materials and ensuring seamless coordination between different teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales process, excellent organization skills and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality sales support materials to meet daily sales content needs for clients in US.
Collaborate with corporate internal departments and functions to gather required information timely and ensure thorough reviews.
Proofread and finalize proposals and pitch materials, ensuring professional standards.
Conduct research on market trends, potential clients and competitors to support sales strategies and operational needs.
Analyze competitive intelligence and provide strategic sales guidance, including recommendations to enhance processes, content, and presentation strategies.
Organize and maintain proposal response content in the sales asset management system.
Support the ongoing improvement of proposal best practices.
Generate regular sales performance reports and analyze key metrics.
Assist in creating and managing content for social media to support sales initiatives.
Assist Sales Team in US at all levels through all phases of sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 5 years in a B2B sales environment with proven success in sales support. Working with US Clients is highly preferable.
Attention to Detail: Analytical mindset with meticulous focus on quality and accuracy in deliverables.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, adept at building consensus and fostering relationships with leaders.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, concise and professionalism.
Technical Skills: Proficient in writing, editing in spreadsheet and PowerPoint.
Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Proposal/RFP development tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ZOHO, Salesforce) and methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Shipley, APMP) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales related training and certifications preferred
