Job Description
Edicon Paper Products is looking for Tally Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data, transactions, sales, purchases, and expenses into Tally software.
- Inventory Management: Record and manage inventory-related transactions, including stock inflow, outflow, and adjustments.
- Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices, bills, and receipts using Tally software.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile financial statements, bank statements, and accounts payable/receivable records.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure proper calculation and recording of applicable taxes such as GST, VAT, and customs duties.
- Ledger Maintenance: Maintain various ledgers, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries using Tally software for management review.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and information.
- Vendor and Customer Management: Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer transactions, payments, and interactions.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data entered into Tally software.
