#Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Business Analyst with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MDG, master data management processes, and expertise in implementing solutions using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

#Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP MDG implementations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, architects, developers, and project managers, to deliver effective master data governance solutions.

Define and design SAP MDG workflows, data models, validations, and business rules.

Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to bridge communication gaps and ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and propose solutions.

Develop and execute test plans, ensuring functionality, performance, and integration of SAP MDG applications.

Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation processes as required for MDG projects.

Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Use both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, adapting as needed based on project requirements.

#Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG.

In-depth knowledge of master data management (MDM) principles and practices.

Proficiency in SAP MDG components, including Data Modeling, Process Modeling, and Business Rule Framework.

Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.

Proven experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments, with the ability to switch between methodologies as required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project for project tracking and collaboration.

Familiarity with SAP integration tools, SAP Fiori, and related MDG extensions is a plus.

#Preferred Qualifications:

* SAP MDG certification is highly desirable.

* Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.

* Knowledge of other MDM tools like Informatica, Stibo, or Oracle MDM.

* Prior experience in data migration and ETL processes.
