Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients utilizing Lead Generation tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo etc.
• Develop effective email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospect relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials & strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide inputs in creating winning proposals for Hot Leads / Bids, gaining sufficient technical knowledge.
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Business Development in IT Services with proven success records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to generate positive interest via emails/calls.
• Plus of having marketing acumen & ability to develop creative strategies to attract prospects.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to work in 3pm-1am IST hours with usual Dinner break, in Hybrid model of work.
