Eden Realty Group is looking for Finance / Accounts Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and financial health to optimize financial performance
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders
- Leading and developing the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Keeping abreast of accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
