Relationship Manager

1.To direct sell to the customers via appointments.
2.To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated 
3.To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.

4.To ensure that leads generated by call center are allocated, tracked and closed

5.To drive various R&R initiatives at the team level

6.To coach and provide support for FLS with Joint Sales calls.
