Iba Cosmetics is seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented applicants with a desire to help us exceed our customer's expectations. An Iba Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Iba customers. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers by answering their queries, recommending the right products, helping with product selection, answering Instagram Direct Messages and correcting pre and post-sale problems by working with other Customer Service team members. Associate will communicate with customers primarily via Whatsapp chat / direct chat or phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, website and other Microsoft software to provide solutions to customer in a fun, and interesting way.

Interested and excited about answering customer queries and helping them with product recommendations and selection
Interested in beauty and cosmetics products personally in order to be able to comprehend Iba's product portofolio and gain in-depth expertise

The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service and inherent familiarity with social media. We also require a minimum undergraduate degree (Bcom, BSc etc.) plus one or more years experience in related Customer Service positions.
