ReactJS Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented React.js Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end web development, especially using React.js, JavaScript, and CSS. You will be working on building and improving the user interface for a video conferencing platform while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to discuss and refine user interface ideas and requirements for applications.
• Review application requirements and interface designs, providing input to ensure optimal user experience.
• Identify web-based user interactions and provide innovative solutions to improve them.
• Develop and implement highly-responsive user interface components using React.js and related concepts.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable application interface code following React.js workflows and best practices.
• Work on new projects, leveraging the current code base to ensure efficiency and reusability.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively in a team-based development environment.
• Write and maintain CSS and JavaScript for responsive, accessible front-end interfaces.
• Troubleshoot interface software, debug application codes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts and enhance performance.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Document application changes and develop updates in a clear and organized manner.
• Provide timely updates to team members and stakeholders on development progress

Eligibility Criteria

• 3-5 years of experience with React.js and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Ability to understand and work with an existing code base with minimal guidance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in front-end development.
