Senior Platform Engineer

2-4 years IT work experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development

Working experience with forms, fields, view, client scripts, UI policy and action

Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with API Integrations with other systems

Experience with the configuration of the platform portals and service catalogs across products

Working knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)

Ability to work independently or with team

Demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter
