Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Ecoholics

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for Recruitment, negotiations, and documentation.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Experience in managing employee benefits

Personnel Management expertise

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Experience in the education sector is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Working days Mon to Sat

Job Location Indore (Madhya pradesh)

Timings 10 am to 6 pm

Salary up to 25k
