Business Head - Staffing Firm (12-16 yrs)

Job Description:

- Must have strong understanding of MSP/Contract staffing business model from an India perspective including rates, compliances.

- Must have been the business/delivery head for a MSP or Contract staffing business.

- Responsible for the end to end delivery of multiple accounts or a single large account.

- Stakeholder management as Staffing leader for MSP/Contractual Business for India manage internal & external stakeholders & manage strategic alliances with clients.

- Engaging with clients to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved.

- Ability to write and close proposals.
