Senior Analyst

We are conducting a walk-in drive for below mentioned roles:

Walk-in Drive details-

Dates- 11 & 12 Nov 2024; Time- 11am- 2pm

Shift- EMEA/NAM

Roles offered-

• Senior Analyst (SA)- 2-4 years of relevant exp
• Associate Process Manager (APM)- 4-6 years of relevant exp
• Process Manager (PM)- 6+ years of exp (team management exp is mandatory)

Skill set we are looking for-

Settlements-

• Responsible for all components of the daily settlement and funding, ensuring accurate and timely processing, through adherence of internal control policies and procedures, trade capture processes, including trade blotter reconciliations and resolution of exceptions
• Monitor RTTM/GSCC (Advisories, exceptions, mismatches, and reversals)
• Monitoring of Obligation Warehouse
• Monitor Euroclear to ensure matching of all Euroclear settlement items
• Monitor local market instruction and matching on international trades
• Resolve CNS exceptions and blotter issues (money & positions)
• Work with settlements team to monitor and resolve trade breaks and fails.
• Cover BAU functions within Middle Office and Settlements team if necessary

Confirmations-

• Responsible for managing multiple Middle Office and Regulatory support processes.
• Independently managing middle / back office operations for Investment Banks.
• Preferable relevant work experience in similar domain (Swap Data Repository Reconciliation) and team management skills.
• Independently handle multiple clients establish self as a valued partner
• The ideal candidate should possess strong business understanding of finance industry with special focus on Trade lifecycle, Confirmations, middle office and back office work, Vanilla Swaps ( Share Basket, Custom Basket, Index, Stub Swaps), Options ( Barrier, Share, Index, Custom Basket, Dividend, Corporate Actions), Structures PTE( KO, KI, upsize, down size,, corporate actions

Collateral Management/ Margins-

• Taking full ownership of the process, managing BAU and other tasks effectively
• Settling the collateral interest on a monthly basis, and margin calls on a daily basis with 100% accuracy
• Highlighting the issues and escalations to the client and get it rectified
• Daily and weekly catch-up calls with clients to discuss the issues and future initiatives
• Handling client/counterparties queries and escalations
• Tracking KPI/KRI, Utilization for Vendor Management
• Knowledge of Collateral & Margins
• Knowledge of ISDA Regulations, CSAs, MTM
• Knowledge of products - OTC, Repo Margins, IM & VM margins
• Preferably experienced with the applications Bloomberg, DTCC, Murex, TriOptima

Global KYC-

• Collection and verification of confidential client data via publically available and internal sources
• Understand Clients KYC policy along with Global and local requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP)
• Reviewing and analyzing AML/KYC documentation for both new and existing customers identifying main issues and missing information, and documenting the analysis and conclusions.
• Conducting reputational checks on individuals or entities, including screening for negative news, sanctions, and politically exposed persons (PEP).
• Liaise directly with Clients, Sales, Relationship Manager, onshore teams and Local Account Officer within Client management and KYC teams and assist where appropriate.
• Identifying and evaluating AML/CTF risks according to an internal risk-based approach.
