Job Description

• Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Delegate tasks and service requests to team members.
• Assist Service Head in creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
• Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
• Manage escalation Calls.
• Draft responses for Senior Management & Regulatory Complaints.
• Maintain timely records & dashboards for all QRCs.

Required Skill Sets:-

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Excel & PowerPoint.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Knowledge & experience in Asset Servicing preferred.Role & responsibilities
