Required for a well known Cable company young & talented Marketing Executives for KOLKATA region,

Age: Below 35 years.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Assist in creating and managing content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and promotional emails.
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Analyze marketing data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and generate leads.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Monitor and manage online presence, including company website and social media channels.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing efforts.
• Assist with the development of product positioning and messaging strategies.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Should be having own laptop and motorbike (essential for fieldwork)
• Work Experience Required : 4-5 years in industrial, institutional, and project marketing of electrical items.
