About the Role

As a Senior Operations Manager you will work as liaison between Operations leadership, HR and accounting teams to manage the regional team. You will be overseeing an operations team of Live Online proctors who are responsible for Adhering live examination from various schools, clients and organizations with high regard to the exam integrity and identity verification, eligibility verification, and test environment securities.

This role is a key position within the growing ETS team. As we operate 24/7, team members will be required to work on a rotational shift. ETS will provide one-way cab service during off-hours only.

You will enforce strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures?

• Oversee reporting, planning and auditing??
• Work with senior stakeholders?
• Work with directors and other stakeholders to determine values and mission and plan for the short- and long-term goals?
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company?
• Support worker communication with the management team?
• Ensure critical Performance Metrics are met consistently?
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.?
• Prepare attrition plan and work with HR and assistant managers to onboard new staff
• Serve as liaison with HR, executives, senior leaders, stakeholders and department heads for the center
• Partner with other senior leaders in cross functional teams for decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation while maintaining KPI benchmark.
• Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

• 10+ years of experience
• Graduate/Post Graduate Degree
• Experience in managing large operations team of 250+ people
• 5+ years experience in Operations Manager.
• Strong background in People Management.
• Strong background in Leadership.
• Strong knowledge to recognize trends based on floor feedback.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting, capable of measuring and evaluating the social and environmental impact of various initiatives.
• Superior project management skills, including time and risk management, and project structuring.
• Should have managed large operations team of 250+ people, with direct accountability of people management aspects.
• Partner with other senior leaders in cross functional teams for decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Monitor progress of critical PSI initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of the reporting manager.
• Required B2 level English proficiency
• Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
• Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, stakeholders and department heads for the center.
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
