Hiring TSM in Mumbai/Pune For Motor Insurance Vertical

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for increasing New/Renewal business of motor insurance in the region through Dealer Channel
• Managing 2W Dealer Partner for New/Renewal business
• Communicating and managing targets allocated to dealership
• Regular visits to Dealerships to monitor target achievement and to streamline processes
• Periodic performance review of dealers
• Ensure adequate manpower at dealership
• Check and maintain solicitation as per defined process (Monthly Audit)
• Monitor and address customer complaints pertaining to policy issuance and claims settlement and get it resolved with close coordination with respective departments.
• Monitor 64VB pendency and premium collection issues
• Training of dealer manpower
• Monitoring business share at dealership / city / region
• Implementation of Head office initiatives
• Ensure compliances at Dealership

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / MBA
• Freshers may apply
• Prefer prior experience in channel sales
• Good Analytical Ability
• Good Communication and presentation Skill
• Career Stability
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Candidate should be open for traveling.
