Job Purpose: We are seeking a talented video and motion designer with a passion for creative thinking and creating clean, compelling designs. Working within Easyships global marketing team, youll have the opportunity to take the lead on a range of creative projects. We are seeking someone who is ambitious with the skills and vision to push our existing video creative to the next level while maintaining a strong brand identity.
This is a prime opportunity for a B2B-focused video/motion designer to join a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS business with a global presence, strong product suite, and multiple audience segments . You will be a core member of the marketing team and contribute to the creation of new social and video advertising campaigns, how-to guides, product explainers, website lottie animations, and more.
What youll do:
Create highly engaging motion and video content for all of our digital touchpoints from social and performance marketing to website animations and video channels.
You are responsible for and must be able to design and develop visually appealing and on-brand motion graphics, animations, and videos that effectively convey our brands messages, promote our platform, and highlight important announcements.
Take control of the planning and conceptualization, storyboarding approval, design and execution of our overall video and motion production process
Take the lead of the creative success of multiple medium-sized to large projects from start to finish - often working on several projects simultaneously.
Ensure all final design deliverables for a project are pixel-perfect, clearly labeled and organized in shared folders to foster greater collaboration with key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team and all cross-functional stakeholders to build an efficient and standardized production framework.
Always be learning: stay-up-date on the latest video design and UX/UI trends, competitor creative, and SaaS industry best practice to continually test, learn and optimize design activities and evolve the brand over time.
Who you are:
Excellent creative, animation, motion, and video design skills with a keen eye for detail
Proven experience in motion design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Strong ability to grab attention and visually communicate key messages in a concise and captivating way
Excellent time management and organizational skills
3+ years of experience in design within an agency or in-house role
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-manage
Flexible, collaborative, and has a can-do attitude
