Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Reports To: Head of Finance Accounting

Key Relationships: Finance Team, Operations Team, Sales Team

What youll do:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professionals.
• Exceptional Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Skills
• Driving the accurate and timely processing of invoices and month-end closure
• Ensure timely posting and allocation of customer/vendor payments to outstanding accounts with bank accounts reconciliation completed daily by the team
• Define, monitor and improve upon relevant KPIs

Who you are:

• At least 5 years leading a finance team
• Minimum of 7 years experience in finance and accounting (Tech industry experience preferred)
• Experience in working in a global company with international footprint and
• experience in month end closure/reconciliations/FS preparations
• Experience with MS Dynamics
• Studying towards or qualified AAT / ACCA or CIMA preferable
