EasyRewardz - Senior Finance Manager - CA (5-7 yrs)

About the job:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager who will be responsible for financial closure, taxation and financial analysis.

In this role, you will work very closely with Vice President-Finance for financial reporting, receivable and payables management, taxation, and analysis of financial performance to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Support month-end and year-end accounting closure process and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting (India and foreign subsidiaries)

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Ensure monthly compliances related to direct and indirect taxation, including annual tax audit, ITR, transfer pricing and IT assessment

- Provide support to HR team in Payroll Processing

- Coordinate audit activity to ensure timely completion

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information including analysis of pricing, costs, gross margin contribution, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

Qualifications/ preferred skills:

- A minimum qualification of CA with relevant experience of 3-5 years Post Qualification

- Experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, taxation, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable management

- Experience of working in Software-as-a-service organizations will be considered a plus

- Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting.
