EasyEcom - Product Adoption Specialist (2-3 yrs)

About the position:

EasyEcom is looking out for a result-driven implementation/product adoption specialist.

As a product adoption specialist, you will lead the enterprise and mid-size client implementations/Adoption of the saas product suite.

About EasyEcom:

EasyEcom is an eCommerce enablement platform and is an industry-leading omnichannel order & warehouse management solution for B2C and B2B business management.

The SaaS software is currently catering to several eCommerce businesses and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, RedTape, Mondelez International, My Glamm, Borosil, Prestige, etc.

We are persistently growing, from a few hundred clients to over 7000+ global clients, a handful of dedicated team members to a 200+ members strong team, and being VC funded, we are continuing to expand over and beyond!

Responsibilities:

- Identify, comprehend and clearly articulate clients requirements

- Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client handover.

- Contributing to the continuous enhancement of our product by providing feedback to our Product & Engineering team.

- Playing a key role in the post sales client journey, setting a tone for a long term, value-driven relationship with our clients.

- Working to optimize the data migration steps

- Working and managing multiple stakeholder goals

Requirements:

- 2-3 Years of experience in Warehousing/operations roles.

- MBA in a related field.

- Proven experience in owning data implementation projects, particularly in a saas environment.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time within scope.

- A deep understanding of client needs in the context of software implementation, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.

- Experience working in cross functional teams, with a knack for harmonizing efforts and driving collaborative success.

- Comfortable in a dynamic fast paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Proficiency in google sheets, excel and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
