Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands on time.
  
• Plan material requirements, manage inventory levels, and optimize stockholding to minimize costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain operations and logistics management.
  
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust production schedules accordingly.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), Material Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders across various functions including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, etc.
