Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales Invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Process Purchase Invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and present Quotations to clients, adhering to pricing guidelines.
• Maintain an organized Order Book using Excel, keeping track of incoming and outgoing orders.
  
• Handle Petty Cash transactions responsibly and maintain proper records.
