Role & responsibilities

• To manage Plantation of Vegetable, Fruit trees and plan growth for organisation in field of ORGANIC VEGETABLE PLANTATION
• To have fair knowledge for plantation of fruits, vegetables, flower seasonal, bonsai, toprical plants and make a presentation and plan for developing and maintenance, spraying of growth promoter, spraying of pesticides etc
• To handle the entire farm set up, lay out, calculate the out put.
• Plantation of fruit trees seasonal and calculate the fruit out put and carry monthly maintenance by giving required dosage of manure, water.
• To arrange for drip irrigation system, set the same for summer, winter and during excessive heat.
• Plantation of flowering plants, seasonal as per monsson, summer, winter
• Arranging flower vase in office with the in house plant and flowers we cultivate, plan for the same.
• Co ordination with various agency for selection of plants and to make project report with costing[return on investment]
• To handle labour contractor and should have knowledge to handle the person for getting good work out put.
• Provide and train labour for plantation.
• Good knowledge of sprinkler system and carry out preventive maintenance.
• To get Soil tested and select the Vegetable plants, Fruits trees, which can give better result.
• To take care of hose keeping and maintain the record
• To coordinate with Pest control agency for perodical spray
• To take care of Water tank cleaning, Renewal of maintenance contract for EPBX, CCTV CAMERA, Air conditioner, Inverter, Water pumps, Electrical misc maintenance
• To get the office house keeping and arrange plants
• To make manure with in house waste
• To make inquiry for purchase of work related garden tools, pots, get designer pots, light fittings, fountains etc
• To appoint contractor for maintenance of garden, house keeping and misc work
• To make daily report and send daily, make weekly plan, monthly plan,
• Borewell water quarterly testing arrange recharge every monsoon and get the water quality check after monsoon
• Rain water harvesting to be planned and use the water for sanitation purpose
• Well cleaning every year through contractor and to add fish and ensure water is well cleaned
• Terrace cleaning weekly and ensure plant are shifted and maintained in summer, create a shed and shift the same during extra heat.
• Clear monthly payment of gardener, house keeping person etc
