• Graduate/Post-Graduate

Job Description:

• Should have excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Inbound/Outbound calls to explain our product features and how to utilize them to the best extent, while resolving customer queries
• Retain and renew customers, and maximize revenue by upselling
• Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right product to them
• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
• Calling the potential candidates and generating business.
• Dealing with customer's inquiries and orders.
• Providing end-to-end support for the new & existing clients.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your team.
• Making reminder calls and handling follow-ups.

Key Requirements

• Strong track record of success in building effective customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
