Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Overview: We at EAI Systems seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and workflows.
• Visual Design: Create visually compelling and user-friendly designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Interaction Design: Design intuitive interfaces with a focus on seamless user interactions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
• Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the companys design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and examples of user-centered design solutions.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
