Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our central UX team to support different product teams across our organization.

The ideal candidate can work with complex technical products, supporting with mapping user flows and journeys, running UX audits, designing user-friendly flows and prototypes, excels at planning and performing user research, and can analyse results to refine designs.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in UX design and User Research with a record of accomplishment of delivering successful digital products.

Qualifications :

- Customer Centric Mindset

- Advanced Skills in Figma.

- Experience in planning and conducting user research using various research methods.

- Experience with facilitating workshops - design sprint, journey mapping, design critiques, etc.

- Skilled in utilizing UX metrics.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Consistently professional and accountable.

- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability

- Ability to contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture
