SDET (Python/Groovy)

Job Title: SDET (Python/Groovy)

Location: Remote(Or work from our office in Bhubaneswar)

Salary: Based on competency

This is you:

• You have 3+ years of experience in QA with experience in hands-on programming for frameworks and enterprise application testing.
• You have at least 2 years of solid programming experience in Python and Groovy.
• You have experience in BDD Cucumber framework.
• You have worked with Grafana and Kibana for creating dashboards.
• You have experience working with DevOps pipelines utilizing CI/CD platform (Jenkins and Harness), specifically Gitlab/GitHub.
• You have done API, Database & System testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL database.
• You have strong experience in creating test cases, test plan preparation and execution.
• You must have hands-on experience working in agile software delivery teams.
• You have very good experience in product testing including regression testing and functional testing.

This is what you will do:

This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

You will be :

• Working with our modernization team to develop a test framework using Python and Groovy.
• Using the IntelliJ IDE tool to run the scenarios and you may use some custom tools too.
• Troubleshooting issues related to application functionality/performance under varying conditions.
• Creating comprehensive reports which document defects found during quality assurance processes.
• Running API cycles through Jenkins for our applications.
• Working with a team of engineers to assist and triage quality issues through resolution.
