🚀 Hiring: IT Service Desk Lead!
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Service Desk Lead to manage our IT service desk operations and ensure seamless support for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end service desk operations, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Act as the single point of contact for escalations and major incidents.
- Lead and mentor the service desk team, driving performance and efficiency.
- Analyze trends, improve SOPs, and implement best practices for first-call resolution.
- Manage email services (O365), incident coordination, and vendor escalations.
