About Us:

Eagle Group of Companies (EGC) is a fast-growing eCommerce business operating multiple online stores. We are looking for a talented WooCommerce UI/UX Developer to enhance our website's user experience, optimize conversions, and ensure a seamless shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-converting WooCommerce stores with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Implement UI/UX best practices to improve navigation, product pages, and checkout flows.
• Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and loading speed.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance usability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website design with business goals.
• Implement custom features, UI elements, and WooCommerce functionalities.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and continuously improve the websites design and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in WooCommerce UI/UX development.
• Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress/WooCommerce customization.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI design tools.
• Knowledge of speed optimization techniques (e.g., caching, lazy loading, minification).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other heatmap tools.
• Basic SEO knowledge related to UI/UX.
