Recruitment aid in being a filter before Director Interview round, CTC and work profile negotiation, Screening potential sites like LinkedIn, FB, Naukri etc. to find best talent and retain them. Summary report post due diligence to be sent to Director for their approval for Round 2.
Electronic device purchase, and working with IT team to conclude matter if any damage found or any IT/HR policy breached by anyone.
Coordination with vendors including (but not limited to): Negotiation and Contract/ Scope vetting, Giving ideas for Scope/Contract to protect company interest. Finding potential players, Categorizing them in L1, L2... T1, T2 ...

Responsible for Directors Documents related Projects, MIS, MOM etc. which includes study, analyze and prepare final summary and brief to Directors on timely basis
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing, resolving conflicts & hurdles with internal and external clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for Director and team members
Schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Responsible for Directors all Documentation
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Responsible for Directors timely payment such as Credit Card, Phone etc.
Make travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries.
