EA To CMD/CFO

Role & responsibilities

• Assist CFO in reviewing and analysing business performance on a regular basis
• Compile information on industry trends, track industry growth and conduct competitor analysis.
• Plan, prepare and maintain dashboards for CFO's pursual
• Preparation of Meeting Presentations and Details for GC Meeting, Monthly P&L and Other Meetings involving CFO's presentation.
• Maintaining Daily Calendar and schedule meetings of CFO's office. This includes interviews, plant reviews, visitors etc.
• Writing of MOM of all relevant meetings, circulations and follow-up on all pending points.
• Handling & checking of Documents coming for CFO's approval i.e. Expense Approval Forms, HR Related Documents, Bills & Other Financial Documents. Also ensure confidentiality of the Documents.
• Review and improvement of Banking, Indirect Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reports sent by Auditors, etc.
• Maintaining a daily updated task list for CFO and follow up for timely execution of Tasks
• Acting as the point of contact between C-level executives.
• Drive initiatives and projects on behalf of CFO's office, and regularly update the progress to CFO.
