Business Development Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be leading and driving the strategic growth of our products and service offerings in the Indian market and ASEAN region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across India.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and business partners to expand the companys market presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic roadmaps for entering and scaling in new markets, leveraging existing products and services.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in Services for Business domains such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing, and Manufacturing.
• Act as a liaison between product, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all business functions.
• Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team to ensure branding, messaging, and market positioning resonate with target regions and industries.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure business unit goals are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development in the domains such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing and Manufacturing
• Knowledge of RnD product launch methodology – cabinet research, cust dev, lead gen
• Proficient in task management tools such as trello, asana, notion, airtable
• Knowledge of the startup, venture India landscape would be an advantage
