Senior Engineering Lead

As an experienced Senior Engineering Lead, you will take responsibility of technical solution delivery of our e2open collaboration and manufacturing projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for designing and documenting technical integration in coordination with the customers technical resources
• Create and manage a development plan to track internal configuration efforts for an accurate and timely delivery
• Support customer testing and manage the deployment efforts prior to go-live
• Occasionally work with customer support to triage product issues
• Analyze the architectures behind complex business processes and will oversee the integration of our software products with customer platforms.
• Maintain a presentable and confident appearance when facing clients
• Ability to lead discussions and convey subject matter with meaningful presentation and clarity
• Ability to manage a global, technical development team and manage a development plan
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 6-8 years of software development experience with 3+ years of technical lead experience in the supply chain solution delivery industry.
• Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills
• Willing to work with internal and external teams, grow analytical skills, creativity, and new technical skills
• Strong skills in JAVA, SQL
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting, Groovy, and Python are required
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Integration experience involving XML, API, Webservice & B2B Protocols like EDI, XML
• Experience in E2open Supply management solution is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in working with multiple internal cross functional teams including but not limited to sales, customer success, operations, product, and engineering
