Senior Process Associate

A/R Billing

• Ensures POs are received on time for billing, proper follow up and escalation as needed.
• Owns the billing process for respective customers under the supervision of team lead & Manager
• Prepares and sends invoice entries and credit memos for respective customers.
• Ensure Netsuite is accurate with billing information that matches to contracts, PO numbers and ensures data is up to date for all SO (Sales Orders).
• Assists with acquisition integration for all newly acquired companies
• Renewals handling, customer management and billing follow-ups
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with local financial legal requirements.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results timely and efficiently.
• Works closely with local countries and other business partners to ensure the AR operation runs smoothly.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with customers and internal finance teams
• Supports management in completing special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Graduation in accounting candidates undergoing qualification will also be considered
• Prior Experience in handling O2C, or billing & invoice accounting function, with 3 to 4 years experience is preferred
• Trustworthy with an eye for detail, full of integrity. Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team
• Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired such as Microsoft Great Plains (GP), Concur, or Netsuite
