Software Development Engineer - Android Platform (5-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Owing to end to end responsibility of BelleVie App design & development, deployment and monitoring phases

- Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies

- Writing efficient, clean and maintained code

- Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality.

- Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of app

- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities

- Effectively use tools and ingenuity to debug, identify and fix defects before they become a problem

- Build upload for Dev, QA & production environments

- Collaborating closely with software engineers, product managers and QA teams to define, develop, and ship new features

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Perform code reviews

- Team management & motivation

Required :

- Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.

- Proven 5+ years of experience in Android App development using Kotlin

- Hands on Experience with Android SDK, API calling JSON API, XML Parsing, RESTful API.

- Must have experience working on MVC / MVVM / Viper

- Experience integrating push notifications

- Experience with Payment processing, payment gateway

- Expert in application debugging, unit testing and improving application performance

- Experience working on Instruments

- Prior experience of publishing android apps in play store

- Good understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etc

- Good Knowledge on Data Structure and Algorithms

- Knowledge of different analytics tools to analyze an app data

- Solid understanding of release management

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results

Desired

- Experience working with databases

- Solid understanding of android user interface guidelines.

- Knowledge of writing unit tests

- Experience of providing in-app security
