Senior Frontend Engineer - React.js/Javascript (5-9 yrs)

Role : Senior Frontend Engineer

Experience : 5-8 Yrs

Location : Bangalore(Whitefield)

Notice Period : Immediate-30 days

Required Skills : React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Webpack/Gulp/Grunt, GIT, Agile

Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience into React.js

- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3.

- Familiarity with template engines, such as Handlebars, is a plus

- Good understanding of CSS pre-processors, such as LESS and SASS

- Good understanding of JavaScript client-side scripting, including XHR, AJAX, and data flow architectures such as flux and redux

- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS and ReactJS.

- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform adjustments on images. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

- Previous experience in unit testing and TDD. E2E tests experience is a plus

- Proficient use of build tools such as Webpack or Gulp / Grunt

- Good understanding of/experience with agile methodology

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Proficient understanding of Git and pull requests workflow

- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.

- BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience

- 2-5 years working experience in similar roles

- Good written and spoken English
