General Description: 

We are looking for a dynamic & independent service sales professional with mandatory proven experience in the track of target achievements in Software Service Sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in international calling in sales or customer service. 

Primary Job Functions:

• Responsible for client acquisition, direct and End-to-End sales of Software Services / Software Upselling / ERP Sales.
• Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation, and sign-up
• The candidate will be working international voice process. (Virtual assistance sales
• This will require you to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.
• Thinking innovatively who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
• Ability to maintain professional behavior with the clients and your peers at all times.
• Good command of the English language and impeccable communication skills.

Desired Skills: 

• Any graduate with a minimum of 1 Year of previous international sales experience.
• Expert in using computers with different OS such as Macs, Chromebooks Android, and Windows. 
• Good command of the English language and impeccable communication skills
• International Sales Experience or Customer Assistance Experience
• Experience in International Customer Services Preferably United States and United Kingdom
• Ready to work in night shifts.

Experience:

1-2 years of international voice experience

Shift timings: US & UK Shift (8:00 PM- 6:00 AM) & (4:00 PM- 01:00 AM)

Nature of Job: Full time
