Production Designer

We are looking for a dynamic Production Designer who possesses strong design skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of production and curation. The ideal candidate should be well-read, well-studied, and capable of understanding the nuances of experiential design. They must have a keen sense of aesthetics, street-smart problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute creative visions effectively.

• Conceptualize, design, and execute production elements for large-scale events and immersive experiences.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop high-impact event layouts, installations, and multimedia productions.
• Curate and design thematic experiences that align with cultural and artistic narratives.
• Research and integrate innovative production technologies, materials, and design trends.
• Manage vendor coordination, ensuring high-quality production execution within deadlines.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and storytelling objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and logistics, to bring events to life.
• Oversee on-site production setup and execution, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evolving technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Strong knowledge of spatial design, set design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and an understanding of digital integrations in live events.
