Business Analyst

The candidate will be responsible for conducting requirement studies, coordinating project activities, and providing post-implementation support for the respective ERP modules. The candidate will play a dual role in both analyzing business requirements and coordinating project activities between the development team and the client. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and effective project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of the solution. Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth discussions and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, current challenges, and goals. Document Business Requirements: Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories based on client inputs. Gap Analysis: Identify and document gaps between current business processes and the proposed ERP system functionalities. Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support to client post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of any problems related to the ERP system. Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing business processes at Client location and identify areas for improvement through ERP system implementation. Testing Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Client team, ensuring that system functionalities meet business requirements and resolve any issues or bugs reported. Training Support: Assist in the training of Client staff on the new ERP system, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and readiness for system go-live. Post-Implementation Support: Offer continued support to client for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of the ERP system across various functional modules. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements based on feedback from client users and evolving business needs.
